Injection molding: melt the plastic into the plastic product mold by pressure, cooling and forming to get the desired plastic parts. There is a special machine for injection molding. The advantage is that the production speed is fast, the efficiency is high, the operation may realize the automation, the size may from big to small, the product size is accurate. With high surface precision, the same batch of shape error is minimal.

we also have lid, block and tag as accessories to perfect drilling work. All our goods are produced by large injection machine, and A.B.C grade are separated according to different raw material, so client can choose the suitable core tray.
Compare to ordinary type, Q core tray performs excellent under quite high/low temperature, and its age is much longer.
